Blackstrap Molasses Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups organic heavy cream

  • 2 cups organic whole milk

  • 3/4 cups blackstrap molasses

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat gently until bubbles form around the edge of the pan. 
  2. Remove mixture from heat. Chill for 6 hours or overnight. Churn according to ice cream maker's direction.
